how do i get rid off cigarette smells from my settee?

i have just had this new 2 piece suitee from my aunt who used 2 smoke like mad, and the suite is now stnking of cigarette smokel how cna i get rid of it a si have tried washing it down with soapy water and spraying dettol onto it but the smell is so bad.

1. try frabreze frabric cleaner it works
2. Shouldn't have gotten it wet. Try spraying twice with Febreez and vacuuming.
3. give it back and buy another.
4. Ta ke it to the dry cleaners or put it a garbagebag with a sheet of bounce for a day or so and then remove it.
