I need to deliver a sofa suite to someone UK to UK?

I have no idea of the cost or where to go. I tried DHL but their quote stated that my item is too long or too wide for their delivery service. It's a 2 and 3 seater sofa suite. I dont have a van, neither can I drive. What do I do?
